Scooter's XCopy allows you to copy Folders and their files and subfolders.  Use a graphical interface to select the source and destination locations, then either manually copy folders, subfolders and files with a click of a button, or configure auto-Xcopy to automatically copy once a day at the interval you select.  (This version does not work with Windows NT and has not been tested with Vista)

1. Click on the Scooter's XCopy link above.
2. Save the XCopy.zip file to your local drive.
3. Unzip XCopy.zip with an unzip utility. 
4. Double click on the Setup file that was unzipped and follow the wizard to install the program.  (It is important that you install this file to the default location that the setup routine uses so that the auto-XCopy feature works properly).

Do you have Outlook users with personal folders or archived folders stored on a file server?  If you are trying to back up the file server and the user never shuts down Outlook, your backup will likely fail due to the open .PST file.  Shutdown Outlook will automatically shut down open Outlook sessions.

Shutdown Outlook

1.  Click on the Shutdown Outlook link above.
2.  Save the ShutdownOutlookPackage.zip file to your local drive.
3.  Unzip the file using an unzip utility.
4.  Double click on the Setup file that was unzipped and follow the wizard to install the program.
